Good
Morning, Today is the 6th day of the Ride. They
leave Madison and head for Flandreau, 28 miles
to the town where Chief Little Crow is buried.
This is where they get a well deserved rest
at the Flandreau Royal River Hotel (Casino)
before moving across the Minnesota border on
Sunday, taking the Spirits of the Old Ones back
home.
In
Flandreau the horses will be at the Flandreau
Indian School corral. Food will either be on
their own or at Eastman Hall that is close by
the Casino

the years.

for on this day the journey will unfold with blessings
of new healings, new supporters,new comforts,
new relationships,and new understandings from
people on every place on Mother Earth
For the understanding we receive today will give
us the wisdom for our tomorrows. Where right actions
create right reactions. Where all life is precious,respected,and
honored. May we all gain the wisdom of those that
came before,and those that show us today; so we
may share with those yet to come!
Riders and walkers thank you for sharing this
journey of healing and reconciliation so that
we all may honor you with a new beginning,a new
hope,a new understanding,and new bit of wisdom
embraced with healing,love,respect,and honor!

I was looking Thru Facebook,it was 2011 or 2012.
I Saw Post of people riding horses in extreme
weather. So I clicked on it and on the comments
was a lot of Prayers. So I lit my Sage and started
Praying .Then I found out what the Ride was
for and I have been sending Smoke and Prayers
ever since.
I
had never heard about the 38 Dakota's hangings
until then.I have also made several friends,
Pat Iron Cloud , Joy Maddox and serval other
peoples.
I
also found out about the Future Generations
Riders thru Marvin Goings. Slimbuttes Riders
